Cancelations Policy

At Intense Lotus, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and your plans may change. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and maintain a smooth operation, we have established the following cancellation policy.

Policy Details:

  • 24-Hour Notice: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to fill the slot with another client on our waiting list.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% of the service cost prior to re-scheduling.
  • Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions to this policy may be made for sudden illnesses or genuine emergencies, at the discretion of Intense Lotus staff.


If you need to reschedule your appointment, we're more than happy to assist. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability.

Booking Deposit:

For certain services or longer sessions, we may require a booking deposit. This deposit will be applied to your service cost on the day of your appointment. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited as per the cancellation policy.
