The therapist uses their body to guide the client through various yoga-like postures, achieving deep stretches and muscle relaxation in a holistic manner.

It's recommended to wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement, especially for Thai Yoga Massage. For other types of massage, such as Deep Tissue or Ashiatsu, standard practice is to disrobe to your level of comfort. It's also best to avoid eating a heavy meal before your session.
